On Wednesday 16 April 2025, Physiotherapist and Associate Professor in the School of Allied Health, Human Services and Sport at La Trobe University, Dr Tania Pizzari, provided an in-depth exploration of multi-directional instability (MDI) of the shoulder, focusing on pathophysiology, assessment, and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies.
