Sarah and Ben shared the nuances of common injuries such as the closed tendon injuries of jersey and mallet fingers, finger fracture/dislocations, skier’s thumb, and scaphoid fractures. Attendees also learned how to differentiate between injuries that require surgical intervention and those that can be managed conservatively, and gained clarity on the crucial elements of effective hand injury management.
