On Wednesday 13 November 2024, AOC Lead Psychologist Paris 2024 Caroline Anderson delivered a webinar discussing sport psychology, effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and the working alliance in sport. This event was presented in collaboration with the APS' College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists (CoSEP).
Caroline discussed current research, competencies of High Functioning Collaborative Teams, lessons learnt and reflections from the Paris 2024 Games, and enhancing collaborative relationships. It was facilitated by psychologist, Damien Stewart.
